Information Required
On your first visit to The Care Service’s Elsberry Food Pantry, you will need to bring the following information:

Photo identification
- If your current address is different from your photo ID, please also bring proof of residency, such as a bill or lease.

Social Security card of the primary contact for the household
- Only Social Security numbers are needed for other family members included on the form.

Proof of income for the past 30 days
- Examples include, but are not limited to, Social Security award letters, recent pay stubs, and child support statements.
